It was a beautiful Saturday and a great day to see Bogota from above. That means a trip to:
Monserrate.

Set on the hill overlooking Bogota, it is one of the most well-known landmarks in the city and, for that matter, the country. The bonus was enjoying the trek with a DC friend (from St. Matt's) Tom. And, in the process, we made a new friend (Jorge) from Medellin. It is amazing how offering to take a photo create an instant friendship. Now, I just have to plan that next trip out of the city. . .
